Jamie Holzer shared this on Facebook, I went to a few places in AV looking for flowers for my wedding and my cousins wedding. The *other place* I went, the customer service was so rude and it was the OWNER who did not even acknowledge I had walked into her store. When she finally asked if she could help, she acted like I was stupid for not knowing I needed an appointment to look at her wedding books. I walked into Antelope Valley Florist and was greeted instantly. I was assisted and was offered an appointment the same weekend. The customer service was AMAZING, everyone was helpful. I had no idea what I wanted for my wedding, the employee showed me slide shows, showed me flowers in my wedding colors, brought out flowers to help me visualize what they would look like in a bouquet, and ALL that was done before I made an appointment with the wedding specialist. It was such a different environment, I felt welcomed and not quite as lost in the crazy world of weddings. When I went for my wedding appointment with the manager, Kristine, she was so helpful! She brought up things I had not thought of doing, she worked with me to find what I was thinking in terms of theme. She offered suggestions on flowers that were within my budget and everything is exactly what I wanted. She was so gracious to help me find what I wanted. I got so much more than I would have at the other florist, I loved their prices, I loved their service, and they are the ONLY store I would return to for other floral needs. Thank you
