January 15, 2014 Dear Friend, We are so excited about restarting weekly Sabbath services at CEM. We’re making this announcement available to you because we feel that you will want to be included in the loop, and stay informed. We’re posting this special invitation for you to join us this coming Sabbath, January 18, 2014 at 2 p.m. Again we’ll be meeting in CEM’s office building at 312 W. Main Street, Whitehouse, TX. Mr. Wes White will be treating us with the sermon. What CEM teaches is so new, so exciting, and delves so deeply into the Bible that people who hear it wonder why they’ve never heard it before. CEM’s teachings will open the Bible to you as never before. CEM makes the Bible, that is a total mystery to even most of Christianity, interesting, relevant, understandable, and fascinating. Each week the speaker will build on the knowledge you’re gaining, and you will not want to miss a single service. Last Sabbath CEM’s work room was full to capacity. Every chair was occupied. Our count was 40 very enthusiastic people who came to worship our Savior and learn how better to serve him. It was a great day with Mr. John Reedy giving a very inspiring sermon we all benefited from hearing. Mr. Wes White led the singing and made all the important announcements. And Mr. Ron Dart treated us with Let The Lower Lights be Burning as special music. CEM’s small, but most efficient, staff pulled together to take care of every detail. There was plenty of delicious food for all to enjoy. It was topped off with a choice of two 80th birthday cakes for Ron. The potluck gave plenty of time for everyone to meet all the new people and previous friends that filled the room. It was a very interesting group. Several brand new people came and were enthusiastic about learning so many new things about the Bible. This coming Sabbath we’ll add a discussion to the program and give you the opportunity to ask your questions and make your comments. This will happen after a short break to enjoy refreshments after the sermon. YEA Sabbath Classes for children will be held at this time. Please come join us at 2 p.m. this Sabbath and bring a friend. We want to get to know you. We want to be your friend. We’re excited about seeing you, so please don’t disappoint us. If you can’t make it, we will be live streaming.
