January 9th 2013 Water Crisis. Please Share to remember. This is Sara Cowgill. A woman I partnered with during the build of the rain catchment in Charleston, West Virginia last August. A passionate activist she is always thinking of her community. In this video she is speaking about scarcity of water, a problem that was very real for >300,000< civilians EXACTLY one year ago in West Virginia. People had no water to drink, or bathe, or cook with. Restaurants had to shut down. The city was desolate for days. This is something that can happen at ANY TIME to ANY CITY! We need to recognize the first yearly anniversary of the West Virginia #water #crisis.
