Jason and I just bought Insanity Max 30. Tomorrow is the last day its on sale. I said Id never purchase a fitness program with the word insane in the title, but I am excited to try this one. You basically go as hard as you can, as long as you can, then take a break. The idea is to increase your max out time as you progress through the program. Im pretty confident itll get anyone results.
