Jeannie Ology: My daughter went to get a replacement SS card yesterday. She was given a hard time and then sent away by a woman who did not speak English, because of a very minor detail. Her Americanism was questioned by a foreigner. My girl is a smart woman -- but even still, her eyes are being opened even more. She said both herself and a black man who was a US veteran were treated poorly, disrespected, and sent away by a woman who could barely speak English. Think about that for awhile.
