We have received a donation of a Black Angus Steer from Cattle Ridge Farm. It truly is one of the best farm fresh beef available for great quality and outstanding taste. Fed only high quality pasture, grain, shelled corn and soy bean meal. Absolutely no silage feed; No supplements or growth hormones. Unlike store bought beef, this beef is also aged 21 days which breaks down the fiber and makes the beef very tender.
