Jeffrey Hall a new member of Mighty3 Plexus Dream Team is starting a challenge and its a Get Healthy one..... feel free to comment below with any questions he will be glad to help you. I am putting a challenge out to all my friends and I am calling out a few. This is not about products or anything else. The goal is simple become healthier. The challenge is from November 1st until December 31st we will be working to get healthier and lose weight. The person with the most inches lost and weight lost will be declared the winner. To be honest we are all winners. The winner will receive a gift card(Place to be announced). There are some rules. 1. Have Fun. 2. Be Safe. Do not do anything that would put you in danger during this Challenge. (Having a surgery does not count). 3. You must take before and after photos. I will keep the photos until the end of the contest. 4. You will need to take measurements and a beginning weight. these will need to be sent to me so I can track them. You will need to take measurements and weight every 2 weeks and send to me. I will provide instructions and a sheet for you to track it. I will track all the results in an excel format. You will need to like a page I have created. 5. I would like you to post what is working and not working for you. 6. I want you to push others doing this challenge. 7. Have Fun. Please remember this is not a sales gimmick or anything else. Please feel free to ask anyone on thee challenge what they are doing. I already have one person committed to do this. If your name is on this list is for a simple reason or maybe two reasons. We all can be healthier. We all have been there and seen the results of poor health decisions. The biggest reason is I care about you and think it would be fun to go thru this with you.
