Jens Hieke was born in 1967 and lives in Leipzig, Saxony, Germany. Though he was a graduate librarian, but working for a broadcaster for some time. He was always fascinated by the unlimited diversity of the world, and only a few years ago he discovered photography as a wonderful possibility to capture the transient, constantly changing beauty of humans, animals and things. Actually a man of words, the passion for photography is more than an addition to his other love, the literature.
