Jerky is done and not bad for our first attempt and doing it in the oven versus the smoker. Everything is put away and clean. Tomorrow the fun starts for the weekend with friends coming in from out of town to visit family and enjoy the offshore boat races. Its always a good time where we are at so if you happen to be walking around- stop in at Mikeys and say hello. Time to relax and watch the tube!
