Jesus came to set the captives free. We are all captives of fear, fear of death, fear of many things. Until Jesus sets you free you cannot really be free and those whom the Son of God has set free will be free and free indeed. I once heard the testimony of a lady who went to a prison to go and testify to the inmates but there she met a man who was truly free. He had met Jesus and his spirit was free. And she came out of that experience and she said:I want what that man has got! You can be absolutely free today if you invite Jesus into your heart and if you submit to Him, if you obey Him and embrace Him. He will make you absolutely free. Nothing can hold you if Jesus has set you free because He sets your spirit free. There is a wonderful old gospel song that you might have heard and I want to share it with you.
