Jesus promises that satisfaction will come to those who seek the good things of God. He says that they will be filled not with material goods of this world, not with the easy way of life, that was something of limited value that can be taken away from them... But with the joy and contentment that come from doing Gods will. The filled people are truly happy people in life. Psalm: 106:1-5: Give thanks to the Lord for He is good. His love endures forever. Who can proclaim the mighty acts of the lord, or fully declare His praise? Blessed are they who maintain justice, just constantly do what is right. Remember me, O lord, when you show favor to your people, come to my aid when you have saved them, that Im enjoying the prosperity of your chosen one, that I may share in the joy of your nation enjoying your inheritance in giving praise.
