Jillian Asselstine this is a fav in our house. I also like to cut a squash in half, scoop out the seeds bake it at 350 for about an hour in a 8x10 dish with about an inch or two of water until you push a fork near the peel and it starts to shred. I shred it all in the peel with a fork until its all noodley and then out it in a large frying pan/dutch oven with olive oil, garlic, some onions and diced peppers. You can eat it like that with some Parmesan on top or add some crushed tomatoes and its like the healthiest spaghetti dinner ever :) The girls like it too, and if I add meat even better for Greg ;) lol slimsanity/2013/03/paleo-spaghetti-squash-casserole.html
