Joanne Juhnke, Steering Committee Chair for Stop Special Needs Vouchers, will be speaking at the Capitol in Madison on Thursday, as part of a Teach-In on Voucher Expansion in Wisconsin. The event runs from 1 to 4pm, and will be either in the Rotunda or the Capitol Steps.
