B) Assistant Training Manager - Oil and Gas at CHIS International Technical Resources Sdn. Bhd. DESCRIPTION - provide strategic directions for the development of employee competencies - analyse/identifying training needs including skill and competency assessments - formulate training plans and determine appropriate small and large group instructional method. (i.e. self-study, individual training, on-the-job training, mentoring, computer tutorial, Group instruction, role play, lecture, demonstration, conference, meeting workshop and other method.) - coordinate creation and maintenance of program documentation. - test, mentor and evaluate, report and follow-up progress of participants. - compile and analyse data and prepare narrative and statistical reports of program effectiveness. - facilitating the generation of training agreements/definitions - supporting subject matter experts to generate training material, including training the trainers, test development, etc. - disseminate information on available training course and encourage attendance by appropriate individuals. - interfacing with the organization to recruit and motivate trainers and to establish and nurture a training network. - serve as the in-house representative for training and competency audit. - oversee the work of training support personnel that may be assigned to the function. C) Property Business Development Assistant Manager (Shah Alam) DESCRIPTION • Manage a portfolio of properties in possession and mortgage losses by reducing time to sell and ensure maximum sales / lease price is achieved. • Proactively acquire valuable lands for developments and properties at mean time coordinate the planning, budgeting and progress of various development projects. • Control all building and estate matters including acquisitions, leases, negotiations, disposals and development using outside consultant as and when required which include pre-sales and post sales activities. • Perform market survey to secure the value and potential returns of property. • Develop and implement short and long term strategies to sell / lease the properties of the Company. • Responsible for the management of risks in all owned / managed estate include carry out regular risk assessments, implementing effective procedures to reduce risk. • Source for land banks via direct purchase or joint venture partnership. • Prepare complete proposals to government, public and private institution. • Coordinate with the Project Development Division on the progress and stages of completion of projects. • Prepare regular and on time reports on progress of planned activities and performance reports to management.
