Job: IT Director 11-2 Location: Rehovot Job Description: Lead, manage and drive the company’s product launch plans (PLP) based on the company’s products roadmap & launch strategy. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Lead, manage and drive the company’s product launch plan process (PLP Process) based on the company’s products roadmap, while working together with corporate departments and regions to meet marketing and sales objectives. • Work closely with the PMMs to align on PLP goals and objectives for each product release; gain a high-level understanding of the products, their applications and the target markets. • Lead and facilitate all new products briefings to the global organization and assure full product information deployment to the field • Define and monitor the product launch process timeline and tasks execution dates; conduct a day-to-day management and update of product launch process GANTT charts. • Drive & facilitate all PLP Process Gates, define agenda and content and direct the Gate forum on expected deliverables, up to the executive level. • Actively manage all interfaces and interactions involved in the PLP process, including data deployment, feedbacks, requirements and detection of process gaps. • Initiate and facilitate the PLP communication processes with corporate teams and regions according to the company’s PLP process, and assess when such communication is required, including agenda definition, consolidation and prioritization of all communication outputs from corporate and regional product launch leaders\ • Consolidate, review and validate all product launch ramp-up plans and deliverables, incl. marketing collaterals, sales tools, product documentation and other. • Follow-up on the execution of all regional PLPs post launch and report process achievements. • Demonstrates commitment to Stratasys Core Values by leading, acting and behaving in a manner consistent with these values. • Follows all company safety policies and procedures and attend all safety trainings related to the job. Job Requirements: Native English speaker - MUST!!!!!! • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
