Essential Functions: • Understand through first-hand experience the fundamentals of how consumers connect with Brands through traditional websites, mobile websites & apps, internet radio streams, email databases, social media, text, and contest/promotions and be responsible for executing campaigns using this knowledge to increase social engagement and database, • Must have strong and positive communication skills, both within the organization and with the audience • Be exemplary at mining and posting of relevant content to social networks, • Must have a discerning eye for great digital content, including database emails. • Monitor and analyze the brands’ social media activity monthly and make recommendations based on insights and trends. • Familiarity and proficiency with monitoring and analytics platforms (both free and paid tools), Web trends tracking and the ability to track activity to generate monthly metrics reports. • Maintain a high level on customer service through listener interaction via multiple channels including direct response on social networks.
