Job Opportunity: Customer Service / Sales Executive ( No Cold Calling ) An interesting and varied position in a small but busy office in Winford near to the Airport. You will assist in the capture of sales from our busy phone lines. Duties will also include an element of credit control and the accurate recording of customer details to ensure that no information is missed. You will need a good command of the English language and be computer literature with knowledge of the computer and various software packages. You will keep the boss fully informed customer enquiries, dealing with each promptly and effectively. We share the making of teas, office cleaning and feeding the fish! Really just need a reliable enthusiastic person that likes variety, able to work on their own initiative and generally care about the business.
