Job Opportunity at Lincs Police Performance and Policy Officer - Boston Closing date: 14 May 2014 We are seeking to appoint a Performance and Policy Officer based at Boston to develop, implement and maintain an effective performance framework to support the Force objectives. The post holder will be required to interpret, refine and present complex performance information confidently and appropriately at all levels and promote the concept of a performance driven culture to staff within the Force. You will be able to analyse, prepare reports and deliver presentations, using information from a range of sources and interpret data, identify trends and statistical significance. You will have a HNC in a business or research discipline or 2 years experience in a similar role. Primarily you will have experience of monitoring, analysing and collating performance information including writing reports. You will also have experience of presenting analytical products and making recommendations and be able to influence senior manager’s decision making.
