Job: Resource Development Coordinator 8-25 Location: Jerusalem Masorti Olami, an international non-profit organization located in Jerusalem, has an opening for a Resource Development Coordinator. Responsibilities: • Represent the Masorti/Conservative Movement in a variety of settings. • Act as liaison between the Executive Director in the Jerusalem office and the Resource Development team in the USA. • Assist with the Annual Tribute Fund-Raising Event and Donor Missions. • Develop projects that could attract new funding. • Increase awareness and develop publicity campaigns for the organization. • Coordinate Donor and Board cultivation plan. • Write and disseminate PR materials & Social Media content. • Write grant proposals. Required Skills & Experience: • Excellent standard of English for the purpose of writing and communicating verbally with constituents around the world, and preparing materials for use at meetings, events and missions. • Good working knowledge of Hebrew. • Proven experience working with North American donors, rabbis and lay people. • Proven experience working with Social Media including Facebook & Twitter; writing online newsletters; Donor software; Office 2010 including high level of proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint. • At least 3 years of close involvement and familiarity with the Conservative movement in North America, its institutions and ideology. • A strong passion to promote the overall mission of the Masorti/Conservative Movement worldwide. • Willingness to work in Jerusalem and to make a long term commitment to the position. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends and some travel abroad (1-2 times per year).
