Job Title Case Manager I Requisition Number 20140234 Department/Program Behavioral Health Location San Pedro Office, 702 San Pedro, San Antonio, Texas 78212 Position Type Full-Time Work Days/Hours Monday – Saturday Pay Rate $1250.00 to $1291.66/Pay Period (Semi-Monthly) Job Summary The Case Manager I conducts direct service coordination for agency service recipients to ensure that needed supportive services and community resources are provided and accessed leading to an improved quality of life. Qualifications & Experience Required • Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related behavioral science area of study or relevant experience • At least one year’s paid or volunteer experience in a social service program or human services setting. • Demonstrated knowledge of basic community resources and of making referrals and providing follow-up consultation. • Understands cultural differences and sensitive to the implications of culture for service delivery. • Vehicle operator’s license and proof of liability insurance. Preferred • Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, speak) highly desirable.
