Job Vacancy Administrative Assistant A regional company seeks a highly qualified professional for the position of Administrative Assistant at the regional office in Amman. Responsibilities: 1.Prepare type and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents in both Arabic and English. 2.Coordinate office activities and schedules. 3.Receive and forward telephone inquiries, and provide general information to clients, part-Tiers and others. 4.Preparing office payments and control petty cash. 5.Set up and maintain archiving system. 6.Send and receive messages using fax, mail and e-mail. Qualifications: 1.BA Business Administration, Economics, Finance, English or relevant field. 2.Minimum i year of relevant work experience. 3.Excellent computer skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). 4.Strong organizational and time management skills. 5.Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. Remuneration: This is a full-time professional position Depending upon educational and professional background and experience, a competitive, compensation and benefits package will be offered.
