Job Vacancy: Below is a list of positions available presently. 1) Account Manager • Responsible in directly contributing to the sales revenue of the Company by implementing sales and marketing strategies as well as promotional programmes set by the Company. • Responsible in customer services (prepare Quotations & Proposals) and debt collections. • Explore and develop new client portfolios in various sector. • Work closely with the field to develop sales opportunities, engage with customers and educate on positioning and solution capabilities. • To maintain well-updated sales record and produce sales report on timely basis. 2) System Engineer • Assist to design, plan and implement system infrastructure for customers. • Ensuring all Service Level Agreements with customers are met and maintained. • Implementing, configuring and maintaining network hardware (server, firewall, switch and etc.) and software. • Connecting user nodes and peripherals of all kinds (PC, laptop, printer, access point, and etc.) to the network • Manage infrastructure servers: AD, DNS, DHCP, IIS, Exchange and etc. • Assist customer to manage network communication and technical infrastructure as well as design, install and integrate new infrastructure. • Provide day-to-day support/design/implement on Windows/Linux servers in a large and complex enterprise computing environment.
