Job Vacancy The Perfume Shop – Store Manager Job Description: Store Manager As the Store Manager at The Perfume Shop you will be the driving force behind the stores performance and will be responsible for the store team. An important part of your role as the Store Manager will be to motivate and coach your team, encouraging them to be as passionate as you are about the product and the success of your store. We do not expect you to be a fragrance specialist as we offer a comprehensive training scheme which will equip you with all the knowledge that you need in your role as a Manager. We do however expect you to have recent experience in a Managers role and in a customer facing environment. We would expect all applicants applying for a Store Manager’s role to demonstrate, in previous roles, that they have had positive results orientated outlook, whether through sales or store performance.
