Job description: For a Company in Mohandeseen: Application Support Engineer – AS001 Job Description - Systems implementation including installation, configuration, testing of software and Operating systems. - Defining system and operational, policies and procedures. - Perform daily systems housekeeping and system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs, and verifying completion of scheduled jobs such as backups. - Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control, evaluation, establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures, completing back-ups, maintaining documentation. - Upgrades system by consulting with vendors and services, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software. - Provides End user support related to business applications.
