Job opportunity. Minister for Education. About the role. This role is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to make an impact on Australia’s education system. With the guidance of the Education Department, you will focus on identifying and pursuing ways to improve and advance Australia’s education system. This will include looking at ways to advance the disadvantaged and ways to challenge the leading students. You will also liaise with many other education organisations to work as a team leader and oversee many education aspects. Selection Criteria. 1. Basic knowledge of education system and education pedagogy. 2. A willingness to help develop a vision for Australia’s education into the future. 3. Demonstrate an ability to negotiate. 4. Good at public speaking Apart from answering the selection criteria, you will also be required to write an essay on your views concerning the Australian education system and where you feel it should be heading.
