Joe Püblic at West Newton No words this morning.... nothing much to add except that this flaring has NOT removed the odour hanging over and around the compound. We have a surprise visitor this afternoon. A man I have only met once but instantly gained a huge amount of respect for after hearing him speak recently. This man.. I am confident.... will be able to shed light on what exactly we are breathing. If you are a concerned local resident and want to know more about the dreadful odour emitting from the drill well is then please .... come down from about 2pm onwards and listen to what we are being told.... The stench is again overpowering now. Im heading upwind for a while as it is making me feel quite sick.
