John 5:5-11Wow I just saw something I never did before in this passage. I knew this passage and the fact that Jesus helped Simon ( Peter) catch so much fish that he had to call in a second boat to contain it all, but I never saw this: Luke states that after that HUGE catch, and I mean immediately when they got to shore, they left EVERYTHING, fish, boats, etc. and followed Him! Jesus had just given a miracle of fish that one boat could not contain. One would think they would have asked Him to stay on so they could make a wealth of living for themselves. But God had prepared their hearts and they knew what they should do. Makes me wonder, if Jesus would do this in this day and age, what would people do?
