John 8:8-11 And again, He stooped down and wrote on the ground. Then those who heard it, being convicted by their conscience, went out one by one, beginning with the oldest even to the last. AND JESUS WAS LEFT ALONE, AND THE WOMAN STANDING IN THE MIDST. When Jesus had raised Himself up and saw no one but the woman, He said to her, WOMAN, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you? She said No one, Lord (to NIV version Sir) And Jesus said to her...NEITHER DO I CONDEMN YOU; GO AND SIN NO MORE. This is a turning point for Mary Magdalene, the beginning of rhe rest of her life. No one that meet grace himself that remains unchange. When you encounter God, you cant help but be better...There is instruction in His Jesus voice, not a sound of tolerance but not a sound of judgement as well. A LOVE THAT CASTETH AWAY ALL FEARS..A LOVE THAT EMPOWERS YOU TO RISE UP AND TO PICK UP YOUR MAT AND WALK... After this event, there was no record that Mary Magdalene left her faith...actually this same standing alone with Jesus event happened again in the life of Mary, which was told in John 20:11 but Mary stood outside by the tomb weeping, and as she wept she stooped down and look into the tomb. And she saw two Angels in white sitting, one at the head and the other at the feet, where the body of Jesus had lain. Then they said to her Woman, why are you weeping? She said to them, because they have taken away my Lord and I donot knpw where they have laid Him. Now when she had said this she turned around and saw Jesus standing there, and did not knpw that it was Jesus. Jesus said to her, Woman, why are you weeping? Whom are you seeking? She, suppossing Him to be a gardener, said to Him Sir,if you have carried Him away, tell me where you have laid Him and I will take Him away. JESUS SAID TO HER, MARY! She turned and said to Him RABBONI! (which means teacher) Jesus said to her, Do not cling to Me, for I have not yet ascended to my Father; But go to my Brethren and say to them I am ascending to My Father and your Father, and to My God and Your God. Looking back, i cant help but see myself in Mary, the undeserving one..the ine with an ugly past. And looking unto Jesus now everytime I am left alone with Him in the quiet place-I cant help but be left in awe that I never, not even once that i felt judged. Rather i felt loved everytime. And just like Mary, nothing else i can offer God but my life, my moments.. To all who have their ugly past with them, its not yet late...for you still have Today. Just like Mary, she left it all behind and receive Jesus..until that day that Jesus called her WOMAN on their first meeting becomes MARY coming out from the mouth of JESUS... Theres no greater reward in this life but to be able to walk closely with God. To grow and see everyday in the shadow of a strong relationship with the maker Jesus..the one who knows it all and the one who knows whats best for you and me.
