John Gaultier IMPORTANT TO READ AND SHARE PATRIOTS: Pertaining to Prism and the NSA: I am shocked that there are people in America who do not understand what the 4th Amendment and why it was written. ( They say .."if it can stop a bombing ...its OK with me!!:..... WOW!!) Amendment IV "The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized." What the Government has done illegally is to assert the right of a "General Warrants". Meaning that they can search you without any probable cause. Like in the days of Kings and Tyrants. The Founding fathers were explicit about the "probable cause" part of the amendment. It is critical to distinguish between the voluntary giving up of information ...like you do when you offer your private information to a bank or a credit card company. That is your choice and the bank does not use the information against you and cannot punish you without cause or arrest you at will because of that information. In the case of the NSA and Prism... they ( THE GOVERNMENT ) are gathering data about you ( via unreasonable search and without probable cause... except the fact that you are an AMERICAN) and then storing it and cross referencing it. Obama and the Government lackeys on the left and right came out and asked us to "TRUST" them and the Judiciary of secret judges! Right !!! Trust for any part of Government is a scarce commodity in my household right now.
