John & Jordan doing shuttle running with two 10KG kettlebells. 2 laps each with 3 stone 2lbs. Also maximum bench pressing with 50kg. Barbell curl with 40kg. Tricep close grip bench press with 40kg. Seated shoulder press with 30kg. All to total failure. Well done guys. Great bag work and max reps on the bar. Great sesh! Same as em all! Had a 90%!session inside due to heavy rain with Lisa, jo & jane. And boy did the sweat roll!!! Well done! You are all loving it and working hard as hell!!
