John Justice Melody Susan Lindauer was the Chief CIA asset covering Iraq & Libya at the UN from 1995-2003. She says that Bush, Cheney, and Rumsfeld had advance warning about 9/11--in April 2001. She also says the three permitted the 9/11 attack to happen to justify the invasion of Iraq. She was arrested under the Patriot Act in order to deprive her of a trial or hearing. Her charges were secret, the evidence was secret, the grand jury testimony was secret, and there was no obligation for government to say who her accusers were or even to prove that a crime had ever occurred. She was imprisoned for a year and held under indictment for five years with no trial or legal representation permitted. She says the Patriot Act has criminalized dissent, that non-violent opposition of the US government, including free speech, is now criminalized under the Patriot Act.
