John Keeland. I never mentioned not supporting the officers. I simply stated that he made a poor decision initiating a high speed chase in a residential area. My family member is now in the ICU with critical head trauma which will ultimately affect the rest of their life. Small mistakes are forgivable. This was not a small mistake. I appreciate the officers that make decisions that keep the safety in mind of civilians when it comes to situations like these. This officer should not be given the privelage to initiate a high speed pursuit or unholster his weapon without a superior present.
