John Spencley was sentenced to 10 months in prison for the charge - TopicsExpress

John Spencley was sentenced to 10 months in prison for the charge of cultivation. John fought charges from 2009 and 2010 for growing the medicine his brother needed to combat his cancer. His home was raided twice and he along with his brother, wife and 90 year old mother were put through this terror at gun point. The second raid landed John and his brother in prison for two months. Prior to this Al had been taking hemp oil and the tumor had shrunken and had all but disappeared. By the time he got out of prison, the tumor had come back and he slipped away quickly around Christmas the year before last upon his release of a prison term. Please share this around and send good vibes to a man who fought for the rights of all Canadians. He managed to get all other charges dropped with his extensive knowledge of the law. All but one. Believe me, legal and lawful are entirely different thing. As in, Johns detention for a breach of policy is completely unlawful. A Governor General has already stated that charges related to cannabis is an abuse of process and contempt of court. In my opinion, Cannabis laws are just a form of welfare for police, lawyers, doctors and politicians. The good news is hes in there with all the people that were arrested for the anti fracking protest. :) m.youtube/watch?v=0Ya_On5DBqY
