John Vitkevich of Portsmouth is organizing what he calls an act of "financial disobedience" to protest the 10-cent toll set to go into effect on the Sakonnet River Bridge on Monday, Aug. 19. Dubbed "Refuse to Use Your E-ZPass," the movement seeks to make it more difficult and expensive for the Rhode Island Turnpike and Bridge Authority to collect your dime. Protesters will cover their E-ZPass transponder or remove it from the windshield, forcing the authority to send a bill to collect the toll. What do you think? What will you do?
