Johnathon Singletary, C&J 175 for a #15 PR. Week 9, day 2. When Johnathon first started (8 weeks ago), his C&J was 135, a 40 pound jump over a period of 26 sessions (he comes 3xs weekly). His primary objective has been to improve his OLYMPIC Weightlifting to benefit his CrossFit. The still images show his set up (green line), and the initiation of his first pull represented by the red line. Weve still got some work to do to get him maintaining his torso position during the first pull, but hes come a very long way. The jerk is also a work in progress, however this is light years beyond where he was. Lets give a big hand to Johnathon on a job well done!
