She started learning music at age 10 choosing Kamancheh as her main musical instrument and studying at the Art University of Tehran. Gelareh has performed in Iran, Australia, Tajikistan and through-out Europe. “I have known Gelarah for less than a year now, as she is new to Australia, but I know she will become an important musical ambassador for her instrument and culture.
