Thanks. ## Hi Charlie, Based on my research, the dosing indications for Diltiazem ER dont actually specify whether or not youre supposed to take it during the day or at night. It only mentions taking it once daily and doesnt really go into any further detail from there. So in my opinion, it sounds like it should be fine to take it at night as long as you remain consistent with one particular approach.
