Join a Network Marketing company and do this. I Dare You. Lets say you have to spend 3 years working your network marketing business consistently. (What if I said 5 years or even 10?) Anyway, Your task would be to personally enroll 300 distributors onto your team and train them. Here is the catch... 150 will quit right off the bat they will sign up and you will never hear from them again. (sound familiar?) 95 will dabbled around in the business and wont do much, they TALK about what they are going to do and thats about it (sound familiar?) 50 will work it but consume you with their drama and excuses. Only 5 will Run, Full On, Mach 10, they see vision, believe in themselves, believe in the product, believe in the company, never make an excuse, OWN where they stand, have drive, determination and are self motivated. They Want IT ALL. Take Note: You will have an array of emotion during this time. You will be wondering if you have any business in this business. You will question yourself EVERY SINGLE TIME one of the 150 quit. You will doubt yourself and if you arent careful you will end up defeated and quit yourself. You will be sad, confused, angry, happy and on cloud 9. And at times you will feel all of those emotions the same day. You will believe in all 300 of these people with all your heart, because after all ANYONE can be successful in #NetworkMarketing youll even believe the TALK of the 95, but soon (hopefully sooner than later) youll realize ACTIONS speak louder than words. You will be a coach, motivator, leader, their main and sometimes only source of inspiration. These 95 will burn you out and make you wonder what the heck you signed up for (literally). You will have to make sure they understand how to build their business, be positive, praise them when they deserve it, but You will at some point have to step away from them because they will drain the life right out of you. You cannot motivate them enough to get them to act and even though you will want to, You cannot want it for them, MORE than they do. You will get caught up in drama and negativity if you are not careful. Hey it happens, your human, but you have to consciously keep from getting into conversations that waste time and lead to know where fast. The 50 will absolutely take you down if you are not careful. They are tricky these 50 because they are working their business to an extent but they spend most of their time looking at what everyone else is doing, comparing themselves and get consumed with idle chatter. Then there were 5, oh the 5. I Love the number 5. These fine folks will be a breath of fresh air. You will totally be all smiles and on easy street because they are self sufficient, self motivated and most of the time YOU will be able to learn from THEM. They are positive, they are eager to learn and they have a desire to help others. They will only contact you with questions, that when you answer them, will only launch them into an even more in depth approach to their business. They get it. They see it. They have a why that wont quit. They have drive. They have determination. They strive to be better. They cant get enough of personal development. These are the type of people that you WANT to have a race with to the top, and if they were to beat you there, you would gladly shout their success from the rooftops. Stick with it and this business will be the best decision you have ever made in your life. The reward is so great. The freedom of time you will gain, the friendships you will make, the lives you will change and how you grow as a person will be priceless. You will be living a life you had only once dreamed of...
