Joining Instructions for First Degree Programs Dear Selected Applicants, >I am glad to inform you that, having met the entry requirements for admission into various degree programmes, which are offered by different Faculties at this university, you have been provisionally selected to join the respective programmes in the 2014/2015 academic year. (y) However in order to secure a place in the programme, you have to fulfill the following conditions as you report to the university at the stated date:- >Provide Original and Copies of Birth Certificate, O’Level and A’Level certificates and any other academic certificates for verification during registration at the university at the beginning of the academic year. NB: If you miss any of the original certificates required, please, don’t report to the university. >Pay the full amount of at least the first semester installment of tuition and other university fees as shown in the attached schedule. NB: To qualify for registration, you MUST pay the first installment (622,500) as shown in the fee structure regardless of the Loan Board Amount you have got. >Make sure you get the Admission Letter before you appear for registration period at the admissions’ office. Come with it during registration time. Your chance is kept only for ONE weeks from the date of opening the university SO be PUNCTUAL. >Come with your Health Insurance Card or you shall be required to process it just after arriving at the university. >All first year students must attend the orientation programme for them to enjoy the university life. Also kindly note that the university has few accommodation chances and it is offered by “First come, first served bases” – No Booking. >The university offers assistance to secure accommodation around the university to those students who would require such assistance. Also the university does not offer meals on campus, but there are various private food vendors on campus and students have to make their own private meal arrangements.
