Josh Groban - You Raise Me Up [Official Music Video] This song got me thru Jims death. I blared it in my car as i sat in the cemetery, writing in the notebook i left on his grave. It was my way of speaking my survival into reality, defying what felt like the universe was against me. That experience took at lot out of me. But i survived it. It changed how i view things sometimes. It also reinforced what i already knew... That even in the darkest of dark times, Gods grace is sufficient. Jims death was a suicide. It was a complex grief process. My struggles didnt end in that cemetery, as i feared they wouldnt. Life is a learning experience. Im still a student. The questions sometimes remain, they get deeper. The answers are fewer. I envy those who think they have it all neatly figured out sometimes. Im so not one of them.
