‘Journey to College’ airs January 26, on IdahoPTV. Idahoans who end their education with high school can expect to earn half as much as those with a 4-year degree, yet fewer than 47% of the state’s 2013 high school graduates enrolled in a postsecondary program. Why? Journey to College, looks at some roadblocks to higher education and suggests solutions to help students and parents prepare for their future. Joan Cartan-Hansen will be joined by a panel of experts who will give practical advice on finding the right postsecondary program, applying for college, and finding the money to pay for it.
