Journey13 Ent., Bigtyme Ent. and Asmara Ent. present the 2nd Annual Jamaican-International Culture Barbecue "REP YO FLAG" Edition in honor of the 51st Jamaican Independence and the 188th Bolivian independence. We urge and invite all our many friends from other countries including the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Trinidad, Belize, Dominica, and many other Caribbean countries, Kenya, Eritrea, Tanzania, Rwanda, Sierra Leone and many other African countries to also join us in this celebration and cultural day of the people of the world. JAMAICA celebrates its Independence Day on August 6th each year to commemorate its freedom from British colonial occupation on August 6, 1962. BOLIVIA celebrates its Independence Day every year on August 6th to commemorate its freedom from Spanish rule on August 6, 1925. We had a blast last year and we are now planning to have an even better time with lots of great entertainment, featuring the Zion Roots band, Xsample, Dr. Jinglez, Import, Ras D, Special Guests and more TBA. Rotating Deejays throughout the day like the Dubb DJs, Tread One, Squarefield Massive and many others will delight us with Reggae, Dancehall, African music and other genres. We will have BBQ Jerk Chicken and Hamburgers & Hot Dogs for the kids. Fun for the whole family, Jumphouse for the kids, prizes and raffle.
