Judge Stephens rulings on some of the motions have been posted on - TopicsExpress

Judge Stephens rulings on some of the motions have been posted on the AZ Maricopa County Court docket this morning... Particularly notable is her appallingly bad decision vis-à-vis her ban of live Tv coverage of final penalty phase. Refer to the following two posts related to these rulings, posted approx. 20 minutes & over 1 hour prior to this post (scroll to my main-posts below)... The outstanding preliminaries which remain, prior to the final penalty phase commencing are as follows, as of this point in time:-- * On the 19th of November, Judge Stephens has scheduled a status conference, at which time she will set a fixed-date for the final sentencing re-trial to begin; * On the 26th of November, Judge Stephens has scheduled an oral hearing, at which time she will hear arguments on one or both of these outstanding motions:-- 1. The defenses motion asking to the monitor the jurors twitter accounts; and/or 2. The defenses objection to Juan Martinezs rebuttal case witnesses and/or evidence. Judge Stephens might indeed rule on one of these motions prior to the 26th, but let us hope & pray that she denies the defenses request to monitor the jurors twitter accounts, which I deem to be unconstitutional... and, also that she denies the objection by the defense to preclude any or all of Juan Martinezs rebuttal case which he would present in order to argue vis-à-vis any new evidence which they intend to present before the jury.
