Strangely, there was a man sitting in the booth behind us who leaned over and said “I could not help overhearing what you were talking about. I used to work for DARPA before retiring and madam your husband is correct. There is nothing that we could not monitor and that includes ships, planes, automobiles and people. We have technology that the public will not know about for at least a 100 years.”
