July 12, 1982 was the day that I swore into Law Enforcement full time here in Putnam County Indiana. As of today, I am Officially Retired receiving my retired ID as of the morning. I have had many unique experiences over the years. I have tried to always be firm, fair, and consistent. I have always tried to treat everyone with respect, the way that I would want to be treated. I have always considered my position as a mission field serving both man, and my Heavenly Father. I have seen a great deal of death over the years, as well as new life, (I had the pleasure to deliver 9 babies in the field.) ( some of you reading this might be one of the nine). Although I will no longer serving the public in a police capacity, I will continue serving the public as a Lietenant/Safety Officer with the Jefferson Twp. Fire Department. With that being said, I would like to thank you, the public for allowing me the privilege of serving you for the last 33 1/2 years. 67-23 is 10-42, 10-7.
