July 15/14 On the ferry ride home from Vancouver Island on Tuesday evening, I was incredibly blessed to witness a small pod of orcas dancing in the sea. It was nothing short of awesome! There were about 10 whales in total, but there were 3 or 4 that swam near our vessel and really put on a show! It was a bit difficult to film, with the rocking of the boat and the setting suns reflection on the water, but watch for a powerful tail slap at :33 and a spectacular double breach at :36. This was definitely one of the coolest things I have ever seen!
