July 2013 - 44 y.o. Its been 20 years since I started my journey towards being fit and healthy for life. I lost the weight and, most importantly, have been able to keep it off by: 1. Exercising with BeachBody programs each morning, except Sunday. (finishing up P90X3 right now and starting TurboFire on Monday) 2. Eating healthy most of the time and supplementing with NingXia Red, OmegaGize, and Multigreens. I also do a cleanse once or twice a year. (Currently, I am doing Young Livings 5-Day Cleanse) 3. Using products that are non-toxic as well as health-enhancing
