June 7th-June 13th Appetizer: Crab Rangoons These delicious appetizers are dumplings stuffed with a combination of cream cheese flaked crab with scallions and garlic served with sweet n sour sauce Entrees: Coconut chicken filets Fresh chicken battered and breaded in shredded coconut served with a slice of charbroiled pineapple and a pina coloda sauce along with fruit salad and island rice Margarita shrimp skewers Did we say margarita! Shrimp skewers marinated in our margarita mix and charbroiled then we zest them with fresh lime. Served with island rice and veggie Filet mignon 10 oz. Filet topped with Béarnaise sauce. Need we say more?! Tenderloin Slider platter Fresh baked tenderloin served on slider rolls (2) and topped with crispy Bacon and Caramelized onions and a creamy Dill horseradish Sauce. Served with FF and Cole. Haddock of the week Roasted garlic Pico de Gallo broiled haddock Pico De Gallo also called salsa fresco atop a 12 oz Haddock. Yumm!
