Jurupa Valley may become the next Riverside County city to mandate spaying and neutering of pit bull breeds. City Council members will discuss the proposed ordinance tomorrow. “A pit bull is a wild animal. I wouldn’t ever trust them, and that’s because of what I’ve seen,” said Councilman Micheal Goodland, who brought the issue forward. “I’ve seen severe injuries to people’s limbs.
