Just In: Waverly, Ohio Customer Service Representative (Waverly) AAA East Central has an excellent, full-time opportunity for a Branch Specialist at our Waverly, Ohio Branch office. AAA East Central is a motor club providing AAA members with emergency road service, travel services, and insurance services in parts of Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, Kentucky, and New York. Must be available to work Monday-Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm, Saturday 9am -12pm Starting rate $8.77 The primary responsibility of the Branch Specialist is to greet AAA members by phone and in person and determine the nature of service required. Either provides requested service or directs them to the appropriate area. Provides support to various branch office business lines on a regular basis. Provides high level of customer service according the Clubs Quality Assurance Standards. ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Greets member to determine individual needs; verifies memberships and enters member into queue for appropriate service. Prepares TripTiks®; provides maps, tour books and other travel-related materials. • Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations. • Processes membership payments. Upgrades basic memberships to those with higher value (Plus, Premier, etc.). • Processes insurance payments and offers automatic renewal. • Issues passport photos and IDPs. • Processes Travel Money product transactions; provides merchandise and attraction ticket sales. • Balances and reconciles cash drawer. • Identifies cross-sell opportunities based on members product needs and service. REQUIREMENTS • High school diploma or GED equivalency • Basic computer literacy and data input skills • Ability to operate basic office equipment and perform basic accounting duties • Ability to work quickly and handle multiple tasks or assignments on a daily basis Desired Requirements Two years customer service experience Special Requirements (certificates, licenses, etc.) Must pass criminal background check Please submit resume to careers@aaaec
